LeadPilot — Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 30, 2026

These Terms govern your use of LeadPilot, a product of HaloSync Global, a registered business (sole proprietorship) in Ontario, Canada ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using LeadPilot, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

LeadPilot is a CRM and messaging-assistant tool for real-estate professionals. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the data you put into LeadPilot and the conversations on your connected channels. You grant us a limited license to process that data only to operate the features you use, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Connected platforms & messaging compliance

When you connect a third-party platform (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, email, or an SMS provider), you must comply with that platform's terms (including the Meta Platform Terms and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy) and with applicable anti-spam and consent laws — including Canada's CASL and TCPA/A2P rules for SMS in the US. You are responsible for having the necessary consent to message your contacts. You may not use LeadPilot to send spam, unlawful, or harassing content.

5. AI features

AI-generated replies, summaries, and drafts assist you and may be imperfect. You are responsible for content sent from your account, including AI-assisted messages. Review output where appropriate.

6. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans (e.g. LeadPilot Pro) are billed via our web checkout (Stripe). Fees, billing cycle, and any discounts are shown at purchase. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.

7. Acceptable use

No illegal activity, no infringing others' rights, no attempts to breach security, and no reselling the service without permission.

8. Disclaimers

LeadPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service or specific business results. Market figures, CMAs, and estimates in the app are informational and are not appraisals or financial advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HaloSync Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using LeadPilot and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; we will post the new date above and notify you of material changes.
