Why PawVitals
Chronic care is a lot of small numbers. They should add up to a picture.
Which dose was it, and where was the last injection? Was the weight dropping before the last visit? When is the next booster? PawVitals keeps it all together and turns it into something your vet can read in a minute.
It shows its work
Insights come from fixed, readable rules, not AI. Every card says why it appeared and suggests a question for your vet. PawVitals never diagnoses and never recommends a dose.
Private, really
No account and no PawVitals server. Records stay on your device and, when you are signed in to iCloud, sync through your own account. There is nowhere for us to see them.
Ready for the visit
One tap builds a Vet Visit Summary: medications and adherence, glucose, weight, vaccines, labs, seizures and the patterns worth discussing.
Everyday care
Made for the quiet moments that add up.

Illustrative images. The pictures are AI-generated scenes, not real customers or testimonials; the app cards on them are real PawVitals screens with demonstration data.
Everything in one place
Log it in a tap. See the trend. Walk in prepared.

Track
Today, at a glance.
Glucose, insulin, medications and the next thing due, on one screen — logged in a tap.
- Glucose with context (fasting, curve, pre-insulin), the insulin given, the meter used and injection-site rotation
- Medications with daily reminders, Give and Skip, adherence and a warning before supply runs out
- Scan a prescription label to fill in the name, dose and quantity, then check it yourself
- Weight, appetite, water, energy and a 30-sign symptom list, plus a seizure diary that flags two or more within 24 hours
- A quality-of-life score (HHHHHMM) with its trend

Understand
Insights that show their work.
Fixed, transparent rules look across what you logged and surface what is worth raising.
- Low glucose, a rising trend, weight loss, drinking up while weight drops, missed doses, seizure clusters, low supply
- Every card explains why it appeared and suggests a question to ask your vet
- Wording stays on the side of “discuss with your vet”. No diagnoses, no doses

Remember · new in 1.1
Vaccines, preventatives and lab results.
Keep the records a vet always asks for, with a reminder before each is due.
- Rabies, boosters, heartworm and flea & tick: add the date your vet gave you and get a reminder a week before and on the day
- Lab results such as creatinine, SDMA, fructosamine and T4 as a trend over time
- You type in the range printed on your lab report. PawVitals has no built-in “normal” values, because they differ by lab, species and age
- Set your vet's glucose target so charts and tags follow your pet's plan

Share · new in 1.2
One care circle for the whole family.
Share a pet with a link, the way you would share a photo. No accounts to create and nothing to set up on their side.
- Tap Share and send the link by Messages, WhatsApp, email or any app, or just copy it
- Whoever opens it with PawVitals installed (and iCloud on) sees the medications and recent care, and can log a dose, glucose, weight, a meal or a note
- What they log lands in your records with their name on it, so everyone knows who gave the 8 pm dose
- Stop sharing and the link ends at once. Everything travels through iCloud: PawVitals has no server
- Creating a link is part of PawVitals Plus. Joining is free for up to 4 circles; Plus adds more, shows what is due for the pets you look after on Today, and reminds you

Prepare
A vet summary you can hand over.
Choose 30 days, 90 days, 6 months or a year, and PawVitals builds the PDF for you.
- Medications and adherence, glucose, weight, vaccines, lab results, seizures, quality of life and patterns to discuss
- Appointments with reminders a week, a day and two hours ahead, and an optional calendar entry
- An emergency page with warning signs and one-tap calling to your saved vet
- The vet summary is part of PawVitals Plus

Enjoy
The good days, too.
Care is not only numbers. PawVitals plans the walks and keeps the memories.

Questions
Good to know.
Does PawVitals diagnose or recommend doses?
No. It is a record-keeping tool. Insights are fixed rules that point out patterns and suggest a question for your vet. It never diagnoses and never recommends a dose. Always follow your veterinarian's advice.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no PawVitals account and no sign-in. Sync uses the iCloud account already on your devices, if you are signed in.
Is the AI making these insights?
No AI is used. Every insight comes from a fixed rule you can read, and each card has a “why we flagged this” explanation.
Where do the lab reference ranges come from?
From you. Type in the range printed on your lab report and PawVitals flags values against it. There are no built-in “normal” values, because they differ by lab, species and age.
Can my family log for the same pet?
Yes, from version 1.2. Create a care-circle link for the pet and send it by any app. Anyone who opens it with PawVitals installed can see the medication list and recent care and log a dose, glucose, weight, a meal or a note, saved to your records with their name. Stop sharing and the link ends at once. Creating a link is part of Plus. Joining someone's circle is free for up to four circles; Plus lets you join more, shows what is due for the pets you look after on Today and sends you reminders.
Does it work with my CGM?
PawVitals can read CGM readings from a Nightscout site that you run. There is no direct integration with CGM makers' clouds. Bluetooth scales and meters work if they use standard Bluetooth profiles, and CSV import works with most exports.
What is free and what is Plus?
Everyday tracking, vaccines, lab results, insights, the walk planner and one pet are free. Plus is a single purchase that unlocks unlimited pets, the vet-summary PDF, keepsake videos and live device connections.
Which devices does it run on?
iPhone, on iOS 18 or later. It runs on the iPhone Duo outer display.
