Getting started

Open Marigold and start your free trial to unlock everything. Add today's period or how you're feeling from the Log tab or the quick-log chips on Today. The more you track, the more Marigold can show you — patterns, a forecast, and a summary for your doctor.

What does it cost? What's the free trial?

Marigold is Marigold Premium with a 1-month free trial — every feature unlocked. After the trial it continues as an annual subscription (it renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends), or you can pay once for Lifetime and never renew. You can manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

Can I switch from Annual to Lifetime?

Yes. Open Settings → Marigold Premium → Upgrade to Lifetime. The Lifetime purchase is immediate; afterwards, cancel your annual subscription in iOS Settings → Subscriptions so you're not billed again.

How do I restore a purchase on a new phone?

Open Marigold → SettingsRestore purchases while signed in to the same Apple ID you bought with. Your Premium access will unlock again at no extra cost.

How do reminders work?

When you add an HRT medication with a schedule, or an appointment, Marigold sets local reminders on your device. Make sure notifications are allowed for Marigold in iOS Settings → Notifications. You can also turn on an evening appointment reminder and a gentle daily check-in.

How do I make a summary for my doctor?

Open the Report tab, choose a time range, and tap Create PDF. Marigold builds a clean, doctor-ready summary — your cycle pattern, symptom burden, HRT and adherence, forecast, flags to raise, and questions to ask — that you can share or print in a tap.

How do I connect Apple Health?

Go to Settings → Apple Health → Connect Apple Health. With your permission, Marigold reads your sleep, resting heart rate, wrist temperature and cycle data (read-only) to sharpen your forecasts. Nothing is written back, and this data never leaves your device.

Is my data private? Where is it stored?

Yes. Marigold does not collect your data. Your records stay on your device and sync only through your own Apple iCloud — we never see or store them. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I move to a new phone or keep a backup?

With iCloud enabled, your records sync to your new iPhone automatically when you sign in with the same Apple ID. Restore your Premium access from Settings → Restore purchases.

How do I delete my data?

Delete individual records inside the app, or delete the app to remove on-device data. You can remove the iCloud copy from your Apple ID settings. Because we hold no copy of your data, there is nothing to request from us.

Is Marigold a medical tool?

No. Marigold helps you track and understand your own patterns and share them with a clinician. It is not a medical or diagnostic device, it does not diagnose, and it never recommends starting, stopping, or dosing any medication. Always follow your clinician's guidance and contact them about any health concern.
